These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the GubbiGo mobile app (“we”, “us”). By installing or using GubbiGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and do not subscribe.
If you are under the age where you can agree to a contract where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and complete any Super purchase.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. It is part of how we operate the app; these Terms cover use, subscriptions, and limitations.
On iOS, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything here conflicts with Apple’s standard EULA for a download from the App Store, Apple’s EULA controls for that copy.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GubbiGo on devices you own or control, for learning Kannada (and any other language packs we make available).
Super is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks later lessons. Monthly and yearly plans offer the same Super access; they differ in price and billing period.
Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) sells, charges, renews, and (where their rules allow) refunds Super. Payment is processed by that store, not by a card form inside GubbiGo. Price, period, and auto-renewal are shown in the app paywall and again by the store before you pay.
Super renews at the end of each period until you cancel in the store. If a payment fails, the store may retry according to its policies; Super may turn off until payment succeeds or you restore.

We may stop providing the app or specific packs. If Super cannot be delivered because we withdraw the product, remaining paid time is handled through the store’s refund or cancellation tools where required.
GubbiGo, the Gubbi mascot, curriculum text, and bundled audio are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Store trademarks (Google Play, App Store, and similar) belong to their owners.
GubbiGo is provided “as is” for language practice. We do not warrant that you will reach any proficiency, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that content is error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost progress on a device, store billing outcomes, or indirect damages. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires extra notice (for example for a paid subscription).
